All donator information and prizes will be finalised at least 48 hours before the celebration.

Party Carousel Bingo
Email your name and email address to thepartycarousel@gmail.com
a personal registered random bingo card will be emailed to your address. This card can be won on more than once so you are able to play all games throughout the week.
Games will be announced and you will have 5 minutes to visit the business that has donated the prize and come back to Party Carousel. Please feel free to go to the donator’s page any time to comment. They will have the Party Carousel logo in one of their albums and you will need to comment beneath the image to be eligible to win the prize. Comment to made is
“Bingo with Party Carousel”
Numbers will be drawn using random.org
Numbers will then continue until a person types “BINGO LINE” Be aware there will be multiple winners.in which case random.org will choose a winner from those people.Also be aware that there are hidden comments and Party Carousel will have the master list!
A star is on the card and it is a random not all cards have them.
Game is then over.
To make things fair all the people that have commented under the logo "Bingo with Party Carousel" will go into the draw to win a second prize.

RULES:
1 playing card per person.
Winning cards may be used again.
The card will be checked and if all rules have been followed the registered user WINS the prize. If not all the registered users will go into a list and a winner will be drawn using random.org
Game times will be 10:30am and 8:30pm Daily AEST (QLD) (with the first game being 8:30pm on Friday 5th of October 2012
You do not have to play every game to be eligible for the major prize.
To be fair to all players the first 8 numbers will be drawn with out a pause. After this stage a 1 minute pause will be used to give all players time to type any winning quotes. This is for mobile phone users. If there is more than 1 winner we will use random.org to choose a winner from those people
